NTG’s site rollout process involved multiple stakeholders, spreadsheets, manual approvals, and scattered documentation. This led to:

1. Project & Building Setup: Create projects, assign multiple buildings, and capture all core site data including location, scope, and expected timelines.

2. Planning & Approvals: Manage feasibility studies, lease agreements, and ROW permits with conditional workflows and automated alerts.

3. Network Design & Procurement: Track design versions, define material requirements, manage RFQs, compare vendor quotes, and issue POs—seamlessly integrated with finance.

4. Implementation & Installation: Assign work orders to contractors, monitor daily progress, upload site photos, and trigger inspections.

5. Site Acceptance & Handover: Conduct technical testing, gather consultant and client sign-offs, and finalize project completion with a locked archive.

6. Cost Tracking & Billing: Finalize budgets, validate contractor billing, track variations, and reconcile actual vs. planned costs.

7. Dashboards & Reporting: Live dashboards provide insights into project health, work order timelines, procurement efficiency, and financials.

8. Forecasting: Based on historical costs and durations, the system forecasts how many projects can be delivered each year under a given budget.
